HARNESS Racing New South Wales Stewards advise all industry participants of the implementation of the Horse Arrival Time Policy.
Effective 1 September 2019, this policy will replace the requirements set out in Policy – Arrival Time On Course – Metropolitan Meetings (23 September 2016) and will provide further direction regarding all race meetings in NSW including Provincial/Country meetings.
Furthermore, this policy will provide direction of the likely outcome for non-compliance including horses entered in Group 1 events, subject to the Elevated TCO2 list and horses presented at the HRNSW Retention Facility.
Trainers with horses engaged in Race 1 at Menangle on Saturday 7 September 2019, are reminded that each horse must now be presented within the stabling area of the racecourse 1 ½ Hours (90 Minutes) before the scheduled start time of the race.
