ONE of the larger winning bets recorded with TAB on a New South Wales harness racing event recently was when one punter had a $6,000 wager at $2.25 for the win on Out Of Character which took home the cash at Wagga on July 26.

$3,000 @ $1.70 on Star Major to win at Penrith (25/07)

$5,000 @ $1.12 on Balraj to win at Menangle (06/08)

$4,695 @ $2.10 on Taumalolo to win at Parkes (02/08)

$4,500 @ $1.70 Lexus With A View to win at Bankstown (02/08)

$4,000 @ $1.85 on Karaoke Rock to place at Penrith (01/08)

$2,000 @ $3.30 on Tinted Lass to win at Newcastle (03/08)

 

Meanwhile, one punter was hoping for a nice return when backing Du Vella to win at Menangle on July 27, however, she finished fourth making the $20,000 wager at $2.30 for the win unsuccessful.
