RACE 7 - DEL-RE NATIONAL A G HUNTER CUP (GROUP 1) (2760 MS)
Mark Purdon, co-trainer of Cruz Bromac NZ and Thefixer NZ, advised that blood tests taken from both horses failed to reveal any apparent abnormalities and a veterinary examination showed no issues. Mr Purdon added that since arriving in Sydney, both Cruz Bromac NZ and Thefixer NZ had recovered well and had only been jogging since arriving. Mr Purdon explained that while both horses were failing to display any abnormalities it was decision of the stable, to continue with the current preparation of both horses.

RACE 7 -GO HARD TEAM TEAL VIC PACE (2200 MS)
Margaret Lee, trainer of Keayang Da Vinci, explained that after being examined by the stable veterinarian, it has been revealed the gelding to be suffering stifle soreness. Mrs Lee stated that Keayang Da Vinci will be treated prior to racing in an attempt to rectify this issue.
