The spoils of the night went the way of the Watson family - Robert Watson bred Soho Tribeca himself and took obvious pleasue in the hard-fought victory. Our cameras were there to capture every goosebump giving moment of the $450,000 Gr.1 Grand Circuit event.
The 10 race card also saw three heats of the TABtouch Nights Of Thunder being run - with the fastest horses over the three heats making up the final field. Cut For An Ace dropped a 1:51.8 mile-rate from the front to secure his spot in the final.
Kids were kept entertained by the trackside band, free bouncy castle, free showbag and ate free in the Beau Rivage thanks to our family friendly January promotions.
