Harness Racing SA in conjunction with the South Australian Harness Racing Club are proud to announce a new sponsor in Ken Brereton Jewellers of Gawler. Brereton Jewellers are donating Diamond Rings to 2 Lucky ladies on course next Saturday evening at GDP. Free entry and a free glass of Champagne to every lady coming onto the course will make for a great night out.
Once again the HRSA initiated Star Search on Track will have its final run for the year. The highly successful competition with the best vocals and bands by youngsters in the state are competing for a place in the finals early next year. Held in the Jubilee room is a great night of free entertainment and bookings for the A LA Carte can be made by ringing Globe Derby Park 82582522. Over the last four months well over 550 people have dined at the paceway being entertained by this wonderful and talented group of kids who have not only been expose to strong crowds to enhance their skills but also harness racing. The series is supported by Music Corner, House of Sap and Modbury Batteries.
Over the next few months HRSA will continue to work closely with the Globe Derby Committee in trying to promote and foster new people to the track.
