The Role
We are looking for an experienced administration assistant to provide quality customer service, clerical and administration support and assistance.
This is a true generalist role working across various departments, duties may include;
- Scheduling & coordinating meetings
- Drafting letters & correspondence
- Process registrations
- Database management
- Filing & archiving
- Respond to industry participant enquires
About You
The successful applicant will have experience in a similar role and possess the following skills and attributes;
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational & coordination skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to multi-task & prioritise workload
