Note:  "web site" or "web site facility" shall mean "HRA On-Line" and "HRA Annual On-Line"

A. Terms and Conditions of Subscription

1.   You will provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as required by the Subscription Application Form.

2.   You will in writing immediately notify the HRA. of any alterations to the information required by the Subscription Application Form.

3.   If you provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or the HRA has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, then the HRA has the right to terminate the subscription and refuse access to the web site.

4.   Your User ID and Password are to be kept confidential. You will be held responsible for any use of the web site facility with the issued User ID and Password. 

5.  (a) If you are a general subscriber* you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes any information contained on the web site.

     (b) If you are a commercial subscriber* then, subject to Clause C you may use the information contained on the web site to support any reasonable commercial purpose, provided such use is not direct reproduction or duplication in full and complete detail.

6.   You will not attempt to modify any files on the HRA database or details on any reports on the website.

7.   The HRA reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the information provided on the web site and the HRA shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance.

8.   The HRA may in its sole discretion and without prior notice terminate your subscription and refuse access to the web site for any reason, including excess usage.

9.   General subscriber* access to the subscription area of the web site is for an average of no more than 200 reports per month. Commercial subscriber* access to the subscription area of the web site is for an average of no more than 500 reports per month.

10. The HRA shall not be liable to you or any third party for any damages that may be incurred as a result of the termination of your subscription and your access to the web site

* Definition of Subscriber categories as follows:

General Subscriber:
Where the information is sought by an individual or organisation as a recreational activity without any reasonable expectation of profit or gain.

Commercial Subscriber:
Where the information available is sought by an entity to assist in the conduct of a commercial enterprise or business activity with a reasonable expectation of profit or gain.  An entity includes an individual, body corporate, partnership, a trust and an unincorporated association or body of persons.  One subscription per person.

B. Disclaimer

The content of this web site is provided for information purposes only without assuming a duty of care. While the HRA takes reasonable steps to report data completely and accurately, no claim is made as to the accuracy or authenticity of the content on this site at any time. The HRA does not accept any liability to any person for the information or the use of such information provided on this web site.  Data included in this web site reflects the current state of the HRA database.  Whilst the HRA makes every effort to ensure the information in the database is accurate, no liability is accepted for any errors or omissions.  The HRA is not liable for errors, omissions, delays or interruptions to or cessation of supply of the information through negligence or otherwise.

C. Ownership

The information contained on this web site and associated intellectual property is owned by the HRA and protected by copyright under the laws of Australia.

D. Privacy

It is the HRA's policy to respect the privacy of its subscribers.  The information provided by you as required by the Subscription Application Form is used for identification purposes and is strictly confidential.
